How to Quit Smoking

The biggest factor of smoking habits are influenced by social or environmental factors, where the character of someone much shaped by the environment, either from family, neighbors, or friends interaction. If someone who is not a smoker, live or work together with a smoker, automatically one of them will be affected. Perhaps non-smokers started to try smoking, may also reverse the smokers reduce cigarette consumption.
When someone has done something many times and quite often, it will create a pattern of repetition of certain behaviors automatically.
