Having a healthy body is needed for all people. It can give us a good chance for doing many activities with a healthy body. Without the healthy body, we would not be able to do all the activities we need to do. To get a healthy body, we need to get a healthy diet, get an enough rest, doing sports regularly, and many others. We do not need to do the hard sport. Yoga can be the effective sport too. We can also get the training to be a yoga teacher .

Being a yoga teacher will be a fun thing. We will also get a healthy body, because we will often do the yoga exercise everyday. Yoga is also good for our mind. It will give us a calm mind and refresh mind. There are many function of doing the yoga exercise. We can also get the yoga for weight loss. So, yoga can also shape our body.

We can get many useful things in doing the yoga. That is the reason why there are many people who like doing yoga.  It is good for our body and mind health. If we have no experience anymore in yoga we need to get the training in yoga. We can also practice it at our home.
