Everyone would agree that water is necessary for the survival of living things. Water is needed by the plant that became producers for animals or humans as well as the basic element in the chain of life. For some animals, other than for drinking, water is also a place of their residence. If sufficient water intake, this can help make the distribution of nutrients throughout the body to become fluent so that all cells in the body can repair it with these nutrients. By drinking water as recommended will also alleviate the kidneys and liver so that it can help us avoid kidney and liver disease.

Water can lose weight because the water is not calorie, fat free, cholesterol free and low sodium. In addition, water helps the body fat stored outlines. For those who are dieting, water can become a friend that should not be forgotten. By drinking warm water before eating, will help us feel full so that it will reduce appetite and reduce our food portions. Drinking water will not make fat because water contains no calories, sugar and fat.

Without consuming enough water, the body can be susceptible to disease. So, do not forget to consume at least eight glasses every day, or about at least two liters of water. Every day, approximately two liters of water wasted through the skin, lungs, intestines, and kidneys.
