Robert V Cattani is one of the most famous cosmetic surgeons, who have made a name for themselves all over the world. His skills and experience has enabled him to handle different cases of plastic surgery and teach different areas of the expansive field of cosmetic surgery, not only in the United States but also other areas of the world. His expertise has been facilitated by his education, which started at Georgetown University, Washington DC, where he graduated with B.S Biology.

 

From there, Robert V Cattani headed to New York Medical College, from 1963-1967.  He undertook his internship here at New York Medical College for Straight Internal Medicine between 1967 and 1968.  He also worked as an intern at Mayo Clinic Rochester, NEW York from 1967-1968, focusing on Gastro/pulmonary medicine. His residency was at different locations, including New York Medical College- internal medicine, St. Vincent’s Hospital-general surgery, New York Eye Ear Infirmary-Otolaryngology/facial plastic surgery, Lenox Hill Hospital- Otolaryngology/facial plastic surgery.

 

After his education, Robert V Cattani was certified by American Board of Cosmetic Surgery in 1988 and the American Board of Hair restoration Surgery in 1997. He has a state license numbered 101545 from New York and G27337 from California.  He is affiliated to a number of Hospitals including Lenox Hill Hospital, New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, Staten Island University Hospital and Day-OP Surgical Center, all situated in New York. Apart from that, he lectures at different symposiums and is currently a trustee of the Board of Governors of American Board of Hair restoration Surgery and American Board of Cosmetic Surgery.
